Yoga offers great potential for good health and healing. In this class you will learn the basics of practicing yoga safely in a fun and friendly environment. Class size is limited to 6 people to ensure individual attention. This class is led by Judy Simpson, is a personal trainer with a 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate and also is a corrective exercise specialist. She is experienced and comfortable working with people that are recovering from illness and injury.
