Menopause is an unappreciated passage in a woman’s life. Physically, there are over 30 symptoms associated with the change in hormone levels. Yoga and mind-body approaches can assist with smoothing the transition. This therapeutic yoga workshop will empower, enlighten and equip you to discover your wise woman within.
