“It was life changing”

“I connected and learned to listen to my inner self. Group lessons on selfcare, the power of eating clean whole Foods, and managing stress through movement and gentle guided meditation/yoga proved to be instrumental for my health. I continue to use the knowledge I gained at the retreat on a daily basis.

“I learned helpful tools to help me climb my personal mental mountain while giving myself grace through the journey of life. The experience was more than worth my time. It filled me with strength, hope, and love. No words could express the depth of gratitude and healing experience that I gained from this phenomenal retreat.”

“It helped me get back in touch with my body and soul and what is real.  Getting to be vulnerable in a safe community and remembering we are in this together and must own our power to use it for good.”
