This retreat provides a chance to recharge, reflect, and participate in daily activities that can help make health improvements. We will be using discussion, self reflection exercises, yoga, and free time in nature to help you establish improved well-being. We will focus on:
- Developing connection with self, nature, and others
- Deepening spiritual practices that strengthen and ground in the midst of unrest
- Learning practical tools for moving forward in a positive way

The Instructors: Judy Dirks and Sara Nelson have several years of experience working together in leading seminars and retreats. They bring together decades of experience and training that covers a wide variety of topics. They emphasize the universal principles of healing accessible to all. Rather than promoting a magic bullet, they help participants utilize simple principles combined with accessing the power within themselves to be healthy and well. They will gently bring you through this unique and nurturing experience.
