Yoga for Your Uterus

Seriously! You will love this class! In three hours we will connect with the cycle within us that is in tune with the cycles of nature. We will reflect on our first call inward during puberty which sets the stage for our menstrual cycles. Ayurveda, yoga asana and other techniques will be discussed and practiced to address the health of your uterus, hormones and breasts. Come learn how to have a pain free period by discovering and addressing the underlying imbalances in your body. This workshop will give you tools to feel more aware and in control of your body’s cycles.
