Mastering Menopause

Menopause is an unappreciated passage in a woman's life.  Physically, there are over 30 symptoms associated with the change in hormone levels.  Yoga and mind-body approaches can assist with smoothing the transition.  This therapeutic yoga workshop will empower, enlighten and equip you to discover your wise woman within. Taught by Sara Nelson (physical therapist and certified yoga therapist) and Judy Dirks, mental health counselor. $55 This class will be held at THE YOGA COMMUNITY in Kennewick, WA.  Register at www.theyogacommunity.com
