This class is led by Judy Simpson, is a personal trainer with a 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate and also is a corrective exercise specialist. She is experienced and comfortable working with people that are recovering from illness and injury.

Sara Nelson, PT, DPT is a national speaker on the topics of lymphology, lymphedema and related topics. She teachers workshops on topics ranging from yoga therapy to pain management for the public and for therapists. She is now offering phone consultations for individuals that include developing a treatment plan for managing chronic illness. At the end of the 60- 90 minute session, the individual will have a path forward including steps to managing chronic illness, suggestions for evaluating treatment options.

Mastering Menopause

There are over 30 symptoms related to the process of menopause.  This class will teach you routines, exercises and strategies to manage changes in mood, temperature regulation, sleep, urinary continence, libido, vaginal dryness, memory and more!  We will be using gentle yoga, meditation and discussion.  The class is taught by Sara Nelson, a physical therapist and certified yoga therapist, and Judy Dirks, a mental health counselor.
