Wellness comes from a sense of connection. This sort of belonging is being challenged by increasing digital interactions and a lack of experience of community. This class is designed to develop connection between it’s participants and develop skills to improve connection in life.

Yoga therapeutic principles, personal discussion, meditations, essential oils and consciousness exercises
