Open to Your Authentic Self 2018: Building Connection, Building Health

Wellness comes from a sense of connection. This sort of belonging is being challenged by increasing digital interactions and a lack of experience of community. This class is designed to develop connection between it’s participants
Sessions will include a one day event and two evenings.  Sessions will include yoga therapeutic principles, personal discussion, meditations, essential oils and consciousness exercises

August 14, 21, 5:30 – 7:30 (Tuesday evenings)
