❤️ Find Your Joy and Deep Resting Squats

Did you know we have a YouTube Channel?!? Over the weekend, one of Shona’s videos, the resting squat, received a ton of views and we aren’t really sure why… we aren’t complaining though 🧐. So I wanted to drop the original version here (make sure to read the comments since Shona provided modifications) along with a follow up video for resting squat modifications. A resting squat can be used in a variety of ways:

  • Relaxing the pelvic floor
  • Opening up the hips
  • Increasing knee and ankle range of motion
  • Increasing lower extremity strength
  • Promoting balance
  • Improving posture
  • Improving bowel movement elimination
