More than just therapy
Therapy Solutions is a privately owned rehabilitation clinic that has been providing expert care to the Tri-Cities since its inception in 1999. Our clinic has fostered a compassionate and safe environment to address your healing process. We pride ourselves with having the ability to provide an integrative, holistic, and individualized program for your needs. Each of our therapists contributes a unique set of abilities and experiences via their training and life experiences.
What sets us apart
Our health practitioners use a holistic and integrative approach for your healing process in order to address the body as one unit. This allows us to explore all available treatment options in order to collaborate with you to create a customized plan of care. Our mission is to provide the highest level of expertise, therefore, your care will be centered around one hour appointments that is individualized specifically for your needs without the use of aides.
Our team specializes in integrating the body, mind, and spirit to address the four components of healing: body work, strategic eating, movement, and awareness.
- Body work: Our therapists are highly skilled in various forms of body work including myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy.
- Strategic eating: Choosing foods and drinks that better promote health and wellness will allow for optimal outcomes in the long run.
- Movement: Exercise is a fantastic way to continue living a happy life. Whether it be yoga, weight training, cardio, or dance, the best exercise is one that makes you feel good.
- Awareness: Being present during the good and bad times is really important to address function and dysfunction.
How to get started
We are truly honored to have you as a part of our growing family. Starting the process to attend one of the multiple services we provide can be confusing but our front office staff is happy to help! If you are wanting to use your insurance benefits, we require a referral from a physician. Know that you do have a choice for your care; you can take your referral to where you feel the most comfortable. If you are NOT wanting to use your insurance benefits, you do not need a referral. When you are ready to schedule your appointments, you can either call (509-396-3707) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) the front office.
Now that you have scheduled your first appointment, you may have some questions regarding what a typical initial evaluation will entail. During the first visit, you will have plenty of time to talk to your health practitioner about your concerns, wants, and needs in a safe and comfortable environment. Next, a physical exam will be performed depending on the area(s) you are concerned about. Lastly, your therapist will be able to review what impairments are present pertaining to your concerns as well as provide you with education, advice, and behavioral change suggestions in order to begin your healing journey.
