She empowers through education to encourage her patients to take control along the continuum of their healing journey. She works with both adults and children with a variety of orthopedic conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, constipation, pregnancy (pre & post-partum), post-cancer care, chronic pain and offers guidance in day to day healthy living practices.

“I have a calm and caring energy, I am empathetic, I am eager to continue learning and believe that connection is extremely important in the healing process. To treat any condition, you must not only treat the condition, you must consider the entire person. I love working alongside others and believe in teamwork because I am an athlete at heart. I started playing softball at 9 years old, earned a scholarship to play Division II in college, and now coaching young girls has become one of my greatest passions. Softball was the vessel that carried me along the waves of my life adventures. Being an athlete has taught me many of the things I believe in today such as good communication, respect, discipline, and grit. I know what both victory and failure feel like. I also know what it’s like to be injured and have to sit on the sidelines/in the dugout. Physical imbalances or injuries in any way often evokes an emotional challenge, so I always treat my patients with this mind.”
