I have been with Therapy Solutions for 8 years and enjoys the opportunity to offer my services as a Massage Therapist. My philosophy incorporates an integrative, collaborative, and holistic approach to therapy using modalities such as Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and CranioSacral Therapy to bring about the change needed to get people back to living.

I consider myself a life-learner, always researching, touching base with my mentors, and preparing for continuing education classes to offer the best of myself to patients.

In my free time, I enjoy being out in nature, reading, and spending time with my husband and four children.
